Role Description
This is a high-impact contract recruiting role to cover for a colleague on parental leave for a period of 4 to 5 months. AlphaSense is growing incredibly fast and the Talent Acquisition team fuels that growth by hiring exceptional people. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across our Operations and Client Research teams and have the ability to flex to other functional roles on an as-needed basis.
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across Operations and Client Research teams
- High volume of entry level / early career candidates
- Entrepreneurial, passionate about people, and eager to help the business grow
- Impeccable attention to detail and thoughtful communication
- Comfortable using an ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods
Qualifications
- A highly motivated, adaptable Recruiter with an appetite for fast-paced environments
- A reliable partner with knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space
- Passionate about the business and able to convey the value proposition to prospective candidates
- Organized and methodical in creating a world-class experience for hiring managers and candidates
- A true team player with a collaborative mindset
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to hit deadlines in a high volume and fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Partner with operations and client research hiring managers to hire multiple incoming analysts and associates each month
- Collaborate with hiring teams and scheduling coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting
- Follow a structured hiring process to reduce bias and make the best hiring decisions
- Source, screen, and shepherd candidates throughout the hiring process, conducting around 20-25 recruiter screens per week
Compensation
$40 - $55 per hour. This position is hourly and will also include a generous benefits program.
