Role Description
We are looking for a curious, coachable, hard-working, ambitious and exceptional recruiter who has shown a proven ability to source and recruit the best talent that tech offers.
- Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety of roles, with a focus on product and engineering roles.
- Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, adapting to the changing needs of the business as necessary.
- Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach.
- Conducting talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends, etc.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience
- A relentless drive to reach your goals, and a high work ethic.
- Energized by finding the perfect candidate for the roles you’re working on.
- Desire to learn how a talent function scales alongside business growth.
- Love to learn and challenge yourself.
- Creative and think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent.
