Role Description
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our revenue-driving teams and hiring top-tier talent across other strategic roles in the organization.
- Partner with leaders to gain a deep understanding of their teams and talent gaps.
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for multiple roles.
- Manage the full hiring process with both candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Provide guidance to managers on interviewing practices.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and business support functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business functions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across multiple functions.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Optimize the candidate experience to reflect company values and employer brand.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and wider People team to enhance processes.
Qualifications
- Experienced recruiter (in-house and/or agency) with a focus on sales and GTM hiring in a global, fast-paced, SaaS company.
- Strong sourcing expertise, leveraging direct outreach, passive candidate engagement, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence, consult, and guide hiring managers.
- Successfully built talent pipelines and used them to reduce time to fill.
- Based in Eastern Standard Time and willing to travel when necessary.
Requirements
- Ability to balance multiple high-priority requisitions across multiple teams and departments.
