Role Description
You will be responsible for internal & external talent searches, candidate experience, recruitment strategy development, and will act as client lead with hiring managers for supported groups. You are experienced and passionate about fostering a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers as well as delivering a great candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Recruit both active and passive candidates with a focus on profiling people and gauging chemistry for fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, anticipating hiring manager preferences.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
- Screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
- Maintain a consistent pace of communication with the Hiring Manager.
- Ensure a great candidate experience by working with hiring teams and keeping candidates informed and engaged.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- 2+ years of related experience
Requirements
- MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
