Role Description

We need an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter to help us find the best talent in the US market to support our growth. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers. The Recruiter will work with a team of recruiting professionals focusing on finding the best distribution and operations professionals across the country, fostering a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets
• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing and Non-technical recruiting, with focus on sourcing candidates in one or more non-tech domains covering Field Operations sourcing

Requirements

• Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
• Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
• The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline.
• Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency.
• Understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Company Description

The role holder will be a part of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, which is a central sourcing team for WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) team. We scout bar raising talent spanning across Americas (NA, LATAM), Europe, AMET and India, to enable and scale cost-efficient sourcing solutions in Non-Tech and High volume space.
