[Hiring] Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist @Buildkite

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 3-month contract and support global recruitment in our fast-moving, growth-focused SaaS organisation. This role is primarily focused on GTM hiring across Brand & Design and Sales, with some technical hiring across Engineering and Technical Services.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across primarily GTM roles (Brand & Design, Sales) and selected Technical roles (Engineering, Technical Services)
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and confidently guide them through structured and effective hiring processes
• Take ownership of specialised, niche, and hard-to-fill roles with proactive sourcing strategies
• Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings and provide clear, high-signal insights to hiring managers
• Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first engagement through to offer
• Manage interview coordination and process flow with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Build and refine job descriptions, interview frameworks, and assessment materials
• Maintain accurate reporting and high data integrity within ATS systems (we use Greenhouse here)
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences across all functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting across GTM functions
• Comfortable taking the lead on complex or specialised searches
• Highly customer-focused with a strong ability to build trust quickly
• Exceptional attention to detail in execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and self-directed with problem-solving capabilities
• Creative sourcing capability leveraging various channels
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse
• Resilience and adaptability in a scaling, evolving environment
