Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of consistently billing between R150,000 and R250,000 per month. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, business development, and talent acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can deliver top-tier candidates to clients across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, ensuring quality hires.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and candidates.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client needs.
- Provide market insights and recruitment trends to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed billing targets through strong client and candidate management.
- Develop recruitment strategies that align with market trends and company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and recruitment regulations.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring an efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of consistent billing between R150,000 and R250,000 per month.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and executive search methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws and recruitment compliance.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
