[Hiring] Recruitment Advisor / Resourcer @Hunt St

Role Description

We’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor/Resourcer to support live mandates across rail, energy, and water infrastructure. This is a hands-on role working closely with the founders, supporting candidate identification, market mapping, and day-to-day recruitment coordination.

• Market mapping across rail, energy, and water infrastructure
• Identifying and engaging technical white-collar candidates
• Supporting delivery across multiple live roles and projects
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Using JobAdder as the CRM (candidate management, tracking, notes)
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Managing diaries, scheduling calls, and follow-ups
• Supporting with LinkedIn/social media updates and job ads
• General recruitment admin and coordination support

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/resourcing (agency or internal)
• Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or engineering markets
• Strong understanding of technical white-collar roles (design, engineering, project delivery, etc.)
• Ability to map markets and identify relevant talent pools
• Comfortable using CRM systems (JobAdder experience ideal)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Strong communication skills clear, professional, and proactive
• Agile mindset able to work in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Philippines-based candidates
• Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly
• Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
• Work Schedule: Align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) with flexibility

Work Arrangement & Expectations

• This is a remote role set up as an independent contractor engagement.
• Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
