Role Description
This role involves supporting the recruitment process for the EMEA team as a Recruiting Coordinator.
- Schedule onsite and remote interviews, demos/presentations, and executive meetings across multiple time zones (India, UK, Germany, Bulgaria, and US), and confirm the details and logistics directly with the candidates.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executive admins, and the IT/office team to provide a seamless interviewing experience for all involved.
- Be available to assist with virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical/video conferencing issues that may arise across multiple time zones.
- Support the Talent Acquisition leaders with reporting, recruiting events, and administrative tasks.
- Provide ad hoc support to recruiters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role
- 1+ years of experience with scheduling onsite and remote interviews in multiple time zones
- Proficient, professional experience using G-suite products and Zoom
- Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Great prioritisation and organisational skills
- Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- Tools you'll use include Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, etc.), Greenhouse (ATS), Smartsheet, Gem, Slack, Zoom, and others as needed.
