Role Description
As our People Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Alpen Labs, driving recruitment efforts, managing hiring logistics, and executing core people operations. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working across multiple workstreams at once.
- Work across HR operations to ensure Alpen Labs continues to be a great place to work as we grow.
- Build from the ground up, creating processes, and wearing multiple hats.
Qualifications
- Experience in an in-house role across recruiting and HR operations, ideally in a fast-growing company.
- Strong ability to manage end-to-end hiring, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to recruitment and people operations.
- Ability to scale processes and optimise workflows for efficiency.
- Experience with recruitment and HR system management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
