Role Description
This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and ecosystem enablement. You will play a key role in onboarding and supporting partners, streamlining internal coordination, and driving operational excellence as we expand our external relationships.
- Drive the operating model for the Global Partnerships function to enable the org including: Annual planning, OKR process, partner health, partner segmentation, partner plans, etc.
- Coordinate and support onboarding of strategic partners (wallets, exchanges, operators, and developers)
- Work closely with internal teams to align technical requirements, timelines, and communication with partners
- Build and manage partner-facing documentation, integration checklists, and onboarding resources
- Track the status of integrations and collaborations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify friction points in our partner processes and help design scalable solutions
- Support internal BD and ecosystem strategy through research, documentation, and follow-up
- Represent Alpen Labs in ecosystem conversations and calls with external partners when needed
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, partner success, BD, or similar cross-functional roles
- Experience working closely with engineering or product teams, especially in technical or web3 environments
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and are comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Strong communicator and organised operator who can keep multiple threads moving at once
- Understanding of the crypto/web3 ecosystem, and eagerness to deepen knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting integration partners or developers in a protocol or platform company
- Experience working in early-stage startups or remote-first teams
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and lightweight project tracking systems
