Role Description

Martin Management Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The Human Resources Administrator will support all HR functions, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with company policies and employment laws.

• Administer benefits programs including open enrollment processes.
• Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives.
• Handle workers’ compensation claims and unemployment claims.
• Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims.
• Administer COBRA notifications and compliance.
• Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000.
• Support new employee setup and address employee inquiries regarding 401k and wellness programs.
• Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs.
• Conduct ACA end-of-year reviews and audits of employment files for compliance.
• Assist with all other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HR administration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with United States HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
