Role Description
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, automation, and the implementation of e-learning projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR operations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Analyze and enhance existing HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies.
- Where possible, initiate HR system automations and provide a streamlined HR experience for all new recruits.
- Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and a positive exit experience.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, reducing manual tasks and improving data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain HR software solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of e-learning initiatives to support employee development.
- Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and accessible to all employees.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the offerwall industry.
- Work closely with external and internal recruitment stakeholders and ensure process efficiency.
- Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.
- Conduct regular market analyses to inform compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in process improvement and HR systems automation.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and implementation strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
