Role Description

We are looking for a Germany Payroll Specialist - Germany and Remote - ANU or Fixed Term Contract (Not a B2B and Freelancing contract, you are under Payroll with Unique Systems GHMB).

• Role: German Payroll SME
• Duration: 1 year and extends up to 18 months
• Contract type: Fixed Term contract / ANU Contract
• Language: Fluent in English and German

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation
• Customer Liaison and Stakeholder Management (Monthly and Quarterly Connects and Product Walkthroughs)
• Knowledge of any German Payroll product (Preferably Dayforce) configuration (SAP HR, ORACLE HR or HCM product knowledge is also fine)
• Product Testing and Defect logging
• Building services knowledge base, documenting lessons learnt and suggesting process improvements
• Attending knowledge sharing with Sales team

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German

• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Customer liaison and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in product testing and defect logging
• Ability to document lessons learnt and suggest process improvements
