• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continually enhance our approach and effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and candidate progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in sourcing and placing candidates across various roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to different hiring needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving recruitment efforts.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Thai or other languages is a plus.
