Role Description

At PwC Australia, the Diversity and Inclusion team are dedicated to continuously enhancing the people experience across the people journey with the goal of making PwC Australia the ‘best place to work’. As a Diversity and Inclusion Senior Associate/Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the Partnership, People and Culture team activating key data-driven initiatives within the team and providing advice to CoEs and business to ensure an inclusive, seamless and connected experience aligned with the People Value Proposition and Moments that Matter.

  • Lead project delivery (end-to-end) and change management implementation with limited direction.
  • Translate data and insights into D&I recommendations and/or action plans for the business/Line of Service.
  • Draft reports and board papers with oversight from D&I Leader.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional groups and build external relationships.
  • Influence leaders in the Employee Networks and develop deep internal working relationships.
  • Monitor and interpret relevant legislation related to D&I.
  • Incorporate relevant changes into our policies, processes and artefacts.
  • Act as a trusted D&I advisor to business leaders and coach PP&C members about D&I.
  • Provide guidance on D&I best practice.
  • Lead and help to design programs and changes that contribute to our D&I goals and strategy.
  • Run or co-facilitate workshops across the firm.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in analysing quantitative and qualitative people data.
  • Ability to translate data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform people priorities and decision-making.
  • Comfortable navigating survey platforms and data visualization tools.
  • Applies logical reasoning to evaluate data validity and relevance.
  • Strong capability to create comprehensive reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience leading and supporting people-related projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering cycle compliance reporting, D&I policy and process improvements.
