Role Description

The Workday Financials Tech Lead will be responsible for hands-on planning, design, and execution. This role requires strong customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience
• Actual Lead experience
• Workday Financials related implementation
• Insurance Domain experience (preferred)

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Workday Financials-related implementation
• 8+ years of experience and expertise with the following Workday Financials Modules:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Asset Management
  • Financial Accounting Setup
• Large enterprise-wide financial system modernization experience
• Program management skills (planning, execution, communication, risk management, stakeholder engagement, etc.)
• Tech Lead skills – design, data mapping, integration patterns, etc.
