[Hiring] Transaction Specialist @Ascensus

Role Description

This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.

Responsibilities

• Completes participant transaction requests
• Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or coordinates with service providers
• Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
• Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
• Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
• Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
• Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
• Force out monitoring and processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree
• At least 2 years of qualified plan experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Qualified plan document experience would be a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel preferred
• Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus

Requirements

• The national average salary is $45,000 - $50,000, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits.
• This salary range represents the low and high end for this position.
• Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
• We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range; however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
