Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data entry
• Strong written communication skills for clear variance reporting and escalation
• Ability to work independently during the designated work window with reliable internet access
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software platforms
• 1-5 years of experience in accounting, loan servicing, mortgage servicing, title services, or real estate data entry (preferred)
• Familiarity with tax liens, municipal redemptions, or real property records (preferred)
• Experience working with US-based teams on an offshore or overnight schedule (preferred)

Requirements

• Enter and maintain all redemption activity in LienVault on a parcel-by-parcel basis, including redemption amounts, check details, and dates received
• Review source documents, including redemption statements, municipal payoff figures, and check scans, and accurately match them to the corresponding parcels and certificates
• Promptly report discrepancies between expected and actual redemption amounts to the manager, with supporting details
• Verify the completeness of daily data entries and escalate missing or ambiguous documentation
• Assist with periodic data cleanup, audits, and reconciliation projects as assigned
• Maintain organized records of processed items to support accounting team review and oversight
