[Hiring] Senior Manager, Loans Execution @Westpac Group

Role Description

Join our Loans Execution team and play a key role in supporting customers and bankers across the NSW Corporate Agribusiness portfolio. This permanent, full-time opportunity can be based anywhere in Australia, offering flexibility while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

• Work alongside Relationship Directors and deal teams to structure, document and execute complex lending transactions for Corporate Agribusiness customers.
• Prepare and negotiate term sheets through to managing facility documentation and execution.
• Deliver quality customer outcomes while appropriately managing financial, non-financial and reputational risk.
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Portfolio Management, Product, Legal teams and external banking partners to deliver seamless lending solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring and executing complex lending and security transactions within corporate, institutional or agribusiness banking environments.
• Strong understanding of bilateral lending facilities, debt products and facility operations. Club lending experience would be viewed favourably.
• Ability to negotiate and manage term sheets, facility agreements and related lending documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and customer groups.
• Sound credit, risk and commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer and business outcomes.
