Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting, with manufacturing experience required
• Master's degree preferred, ideally with a focus on data management, systems connectivity, or automation
• At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives independently
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence business decisions through data-driven insights
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing and inventory cost trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Experience with Oracle, OneStream, and Alteryx is preferred but not required

Requirements

• Lead company-wide inventory reporting, tracking, and control activities, including the development and implementation of policies for excess and obsolete (E&O) reserves
• Analyze inventory data to identify volume movement trends, assess inventory quality, and deliver actionable business insights
• Partner with Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate system classifications, usage measurements, unit-of-measure integrity, and inventory valuation
• Develop and maintain automated data connections and reporting processes across enterprise systems using AI tools, Oracle ERP, and OneStream to improve inventory reporting and financial analysis
• Leverage automation and analytics to enhance inventory management, accelerate financial decision-making, and improve process efficiency
• Lead inventory-related audit activities, including data gathering, procurement invoice validation, and process optimization
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monthly journal entries, weekly inventory reports, and annual inventory revaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues, including disposition and hold items
