Role Description

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with meaningful exposure to health insurance products (hospitalisation, group insurance, disability or dental)
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
• Combination of a scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with practical experience in insurance (product, pricing, regulatory or analytics)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data, business and legal questions into actionable outputs
• Builder mindset: continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and systems
• Willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo
• Clear, structured and to-the-point communication (written and spoken)
