[Hiring] Senior Accounts Payable Specialist @INA Solution

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with hands-on Workday experience, to support a busy finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing high-volume transactions, and able to jump in quickly with minimal training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on Workday experience required, specifically within accounting or finance operations.
• Experience with both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) required.
• Strong Excel skills, including working with financial data and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute immediately.

Requirements

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and vendor support.
• Support Accounts Receivable functions, including payment tracking, account reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
• Utilize Workday for daily AP/AR transactions and financial processes.
• Support accounting activities across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor/customer inquiries.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records and timely processing.
• Maintain organized financial records and support process improvements.
