Role Description

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

• SAP AR & FSCM Credit Management
• Skills
• Advanced FI-AR: reconciliation accounts, payment terms, dunning, tolerances, incoming payments, partial payments, residual items, and clearing.
• FSCM Credit Management: Business Partner, UKM roles, credit segments, risk classes, scoring, credit rules, credit checks, and exposure.
• SD-FSCM-FI integration throughout the order-to-cash process.
• High-volume management of open items, credit exposure, and payment and deduction scenarios.
• Diagnosis using tables, documents, logs, jobs, and exposure traceability.
• Brownfield Migration and Validation
• Transition from classic Credit Management to FSCM Credit Management in S/4HANA.
• Customer/Vendor Integration and Business Partner synchronization/validation.
• Mapping of credit control areas to credit segments and organizational assignments.
• Credit exposure reconciliation and testing of order, delivery, billing, and posting processes.
• Cleansing and validation of open items, limits, blocks, and master data before cutover.
• Entry/exit criteria for mock conversion, UAT, rehearsal, cutover, and hypercare.
• Integration and Solution Design
• Interfaces for customers, limits, payments, invoices, exposure, and account statements.
• Functional specifications for APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, Proxies, jobs, and reports.
• Mapping, validations, monitoring, idempotency, error handling, and reprocessing.
• Collaboration with SD, ABAP, middleware, Security, Data, Treasury, Sales, and Architecture.
• Expected Deliverables
• Solution design and documented decisions.
• Configuration inventory and ECC/S/4HANA gaps.
• Migration strategy and AR and exposure reconciliation matrix.
• Positive, negative, volume, and exception test cases.
• Cutover runbook with dependencies, owners, controls, and evidence.
• Support model and knowledge transfer to AMS.

Qualifications

• Total Experience: 10+ years in SAP Finance, with demonstrable depth in FI-AR.
• FSCM: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Credit Management; Collections and Dispute Management are desirable.
• S/4HANA: Significant participation in at least one S/4HANA conversion or implementation.
• Integrations: Functional experience with IDoc, BAPI, Proxy, or API in AR/FSCM processes.
• Communication: Professional English proficiency and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance or FSCM certification desirable, without replacing hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of financial controls, OTC, reconciliation, and change governance.
• ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
• If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.

Job Type

• Remote.
• This position is fully remote; however, candidates must be currently residing in Mexico.

Salary

• $100,000 MXN gross
