Role Description

The RCM Transformation Manager plays a critical role in advancing BMCHS's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) transformation program by providing dedicated analytical and coordination support across the revenue cycle. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation, this role partners closely with stakeholders across front, middle, and back office RCM functions to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

• Conducts current-state diagnostics, performs defined analyses, and develops process documentation that supports data-driven redesign decisions across the revenue cycle.
• Builds internal analytical capacity that strengthens institutional knowledge and continuity.
• Helps the program advance toward its cost-to-collect and net revenue targets, contributing directly to the organization's financial performance and long-term operational sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance, or healthcare-focused strategy consulting.
• Hands-on experience in one or more back- or middle-office RCM functions (e.g., coding, billing, denials management, cash posting, or AR follow-up).

Requirements

• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Prior experience supporting RCM transformation initiatives delivered in partnership with external consulting firms preferred.
• Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules and reporting tools (e.g., Resolute HB/PB, Slicer Dicer, Cogito) preferred.
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative), CHFP, or similar revenue cycle/healthcare finance certification preferred.

Compensation Range

$78,000.00 - $113,000.00. This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, considering education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements.
