Role Description
Visio Lending is seeking a Pricing & Margin Management Analyst to play a key role in optimizing pricing, profitability, and growth across our DSCR and non-QM lending business. This is a highly analytical role that sits at the intersection of pricing, capital markets, sales, and finance.
You will analyze market conditions, loan-level data, pricing performance, and competitive intelligence to help determine where we are appropriately priced and where opportunities exist to improve volume and margin. You will make data-driven pricing recommendations, identify margin leakage, build reporting and financial models, and present insights to senior leadership.
