Role Description
Namecheap, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded payroll and payments professional to manage payments for our small employee team and our network of about 130 independent contractors. This is a fully remote, part-time contract role of about 40–50 hours per month, reporting to the Accounting Manager. The workload follows a predictable monthly rhythm, with the heaviest activity around invoice deadlines and payment dates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in several payment systems, and enjoys being a responsive, friendly point of contact for our staff. We're especially interested in someone who looks for ways to make the process more efficient, including automation where possible.

Implement approved improvements with the Accounting Manager’s support, such as invoice intake tools, approval workflows, automated reminders, or QuickBooks integrations.
