[Hiring] Oracle Fusion Finance Senior Functional Consultant @Nexiva

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Sr. Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and prior Oracle EBS Financials experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the Utility industry and a strong background in Oracle Projects within Financials environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Financials experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Prior Oracle EBS Financials implementation, enhancement, and support experience.
• Expertise in the following Oracle Financials modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Financial Reporting
  • Oracle Projects (Mandatory)
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong experience in system configuration, testing, user training, and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Candidates MUST have direct experience working for Electric and/or Gas Utility companies.
• Utility experience must be from a Utility company (Electric Utility or Gas Utility).
• Experience with Energy companies, Power Generation companies, Oil & Gas companies, Gas Generation companies, or related industries will NOT be considered.
• Utility industry experience can be from either Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS environments.
• Candidates must have worked extensively with Oracle Projects in a Financials role within the Utility industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, or transformation project experience.
• Experience integrating Oracle Financials with other Oracle applications.
• Strong understanding of Utility business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale Utility organizations and enterprise financial operations.
