Role Description
The Manager, Global Tax plays an important role in supporting SkinHealth Systemsโ international tax compliance and transfer pricing activities while contributing to U.S. tax compliance and reporting. This hands-on role partners closely with global Finance and Accounting teams and external advisors to execute tax requirements, maintain accurate documentation, manage key deliverables, and support the tax needs of an increasingly complex global business.
What Youโll Do

Manage quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations, adjustments, and implementation activities in partnership with global Finance and Accounting teams and external advisors.

Support the preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies, intercompany arrangements, and annual documentation requirements.

Coordinate foreign income tax compliance and related filings, working with local Finance and Accounting teams and external tax advisors to support accurate and timely completion.

Partner with global Finance and Accounting teams to support foreign subsidiary tax matters, including tax requirements associated with local statutory financial statements.

Prepare and support U.S. federal and state income tax compliance activities, including supporting calculations, workpapers, extensions, estimates, and related filings.

Support the quarterly and year-end global income tax provision process, including preparation of tax calculations, account reconciliations, workpapers, and related reporting.

Support international and U.S. tax audits, tax research, cross-border transactions, and other tax planning and compliance initiatives as needed.

Monitor developments in U.S. and international tax laws and regulations, research potential impacts, and communicate relevant findings to the Director, Tax and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive tax experience, including experience with international tax, transfer pricing, and foreign tax compliance.

Working knowledge of U.S. and international tax laws, transfer pricing principles, and cross-border transactions.

Experience supporting foreign tax compliance and working with Finance and Accounting teams and external tax service providers.

Experience with U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and/or income tax provision processes.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
Requirements

CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.

Experience in consumer products, medical device, or publicly traded company tax environments.
