Role Description

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for various financial analysis tasks, focusing on private investment reports and data management.

• Prepare Monthly Private Investment Reports - Responsible for manually preparing two monthly reports for the customer’s private credit team, including the Private Investments Account Allocation Report and Data Mart File.
• Analyze Investment Exposure and Allocation - Prepare reports showing the customer’s actual investment exposure per legal entity versus target allocation, ensuring accurate reporting of investment positions.
• Reconcile Private Credit Portfolio Data - Reconcile key data points such as spreads, current balances, commitments, and unfunded commitments across the customer’s private credit portfolio.
• Manage Data from Multiple Internal and External Sources - Gather and consolidate information from several sources, including Excel-based files, Aladdin, WSO, manual loan admin statements, and other related systems or reports.
• Apply Advanced Financial Analysis and Excel Skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis/forecasting in PE, investment banking, consulting, or in a large corporate environment.
• Knowledgeable in advanced Excel formula and features (example: Power BI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in BPO or Shared Service Industry.
