[Hiring] FP&A Analyst @Eneba

Role Description

As an FP&A Analyst, you will support all aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to:

• Report on and analyze financial and operational data
• Support budgets, forecasts and monthly reports
• Track and report on the profitability of company projects
• Help build the reporting system and finance tools
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure the financial health of the company

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a financial controller, consulting or similar (a start-up or e-commerce environment experience would be good to have)
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar
• AI-driven mindset, with experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, Gemini, etc.) in daily work to improve efficiency and automate tasks
• High attention to detail – you own your numbers and others can fully rely on them
• Ability to proactively identify gaps, take ownership of solutions, and drive them through to completion
• Ability to identify and deliver impactful business improvements, by analyzing financial, business and market data
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency, proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
• Strong business acumen, and ability to understand business in detail by connecting the responsibilities and inputs of all organizational units
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
