Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Media Management & Billing Coordinator to support our team with media-related operations, campaign administration, billing, and financial tracking. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with digital media platforms, managing campaign information, reviewing invoices, and ensuring billing records remain accurate and up to date.

• Manage and organize digital media campaigns and related records.
• Monitor campaign budgets, expenses, and billing information.
• Prepare, review, and track invoices and payment records.
• Verify media charges and identify billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate client and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding budgets, invoices, and campaign activity.
• Prepare basic reports related to media spending and billing.
• Keep account information and financial records organized.
• Assist with monthly billing and reconciliation tasks.
• Respond to billing-related questions from clients or internal team members.
• Ensure deadlines for invoices, payments, and campaign reporting are met.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online platforms.
• Basic understanding of invoicing and billing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
