Role Description

We are seeking a Financial Education Specialist to support our growing financial services organization. This role focuses on delivering structured financial education, guiding individuals through foundational financial concepts, and supporting long-term financial planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating complex topics in a clear and ethical manner. Prior experience in financial services is not required; comprehensive training and licensing support are provided.

• Deliver financial education to individuals and families through virtual meetings
• Explain financial concepts related to protection, accumulation, and retirement planning
• Support clients through a standardized, needs-based education process
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, compliance, and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ethical standards
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing (training provided)
• Must successfully complete a background check
