Role Description

This role requires:

What You'll Do:

• Create/facilitate the documentation of project vision, purpose, goal and how to get there
• Develop strategy and approach at various levels: program, project, phase, etc.
• Organize Projects: project org structure, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadence
• Calculate and Manage Risks
• Facilitate creation and approval of Business Case through Portfolio process
• Monitor execution and deliver program/project reporting: status reports and analysis for management on an ongoing basis; tracking and resolving issues; escalating issues and managing escalations through established governance
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project scope and plans are adhered to; ensuring proposed changes are aligned with objectives and conducted in accordance with agreed upon project change processes
• Provide leadership and training to teams related to project management, integration, and prioritization activities
• Understand and support the development of a change management strategy and communication material for specific programs changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration preferred
• Must be willing to travel 15-20%
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, varying roles, process/IT/M&A initiatives
• Experience with SAP or other technical rollouts
• Project Management Certification required (e.g. PMP)
• Change Management Certification preferred (e.g. Prosci, HCI)
• Stakeholder management or large-scale transition projects
• Mid-size to large organizational change/transitions
