Role Description

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team! In this role, you will partner with the Director of Corporate Finance, VP of Finance on:

• Consolidations
• Opex
• Balance sheet and cash flow forecasting
• Internal business reviews
• External board reporting
• Ad hoc analyses

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, you will contribute to financial reporting delivered to executive leadership and other stakeholders including our board and investors. This role requires:

• A high degree of independent ownership
• Rigorous accuracy
• Proactive communication
• A hands-on appetite for using AI to automate and improve workflows

The role operates with meaningful autonomy, where you:

• Frame problems yourself
• Build mechanisms that keep budgets and forecasts honest
• Bring recommendations rather than questions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, accounting or a related analytical role
• Manager-level ownership or equivalent scope
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Experience owning a recurring deliverable for a senior audience end to end
• Experience building or materially rebuilding a process or model from the ground up

• Fluency in financial statements and how they connect
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong slide-building skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated independent ownership and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional accuracy and quality control
• Proactive communication and workplan execution
• Hands-on curiosity and demonstrated use of AI tools in finance workflows
• Ability to move at pace and learn fast
