[Hiring] Cost Manager @Mace

Role Description

As a Cost Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and construction projects.
• Managing client costs, including cost validation, invoice reconciliation, creation, tracking, and closing of subcontractor.
• Reporting on Purchase Orders through weekly & monthly reporting.
• Tracking expense and capital spend.
• Managing the invoicing process, creation and uploading of invoices, tracking and management of aged debt.
• Overseeing supporting data and sharing with internal stakeholders.
• 100% telecommuting permitted.
• Position reports to company HQ in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 4 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in a related occupation.

Requirements

• Cost management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Office tools).
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Ariba.
• Knowledge of Novartis processes and procedures.

Benefits

• Rate of Pay: $119,642.00 - $119,642.00 per year.
