Role Description

We are currently seeking Bookkeeping Professionals interested in supporting client projects related to financial record organization, transaction tracking, account reconciliation, and general bookkeeping coordination. Opportunities are fully remote and may vary depending on the client and project scope.

Projects and Services May Include

• Financial Record Management: Maintaining and organizing financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Expense Tracking: Recording and categorizing expenses and maintaining accurate transaction logs.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Supporting bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial records remain accurate.
• Invoice and Payment Coordination: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining billing records.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Support: Helping monitor incoming and outgoing payments and maintaining supporting records.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with preparation of financial summaries or reports for internal tracking.
• Document and File Organization: Maintaining organized financial files and supporting documentation within digital systems.
