This is a launchpad for elite planners ready to shape the future of wealth. The Associate Financial Planner serves as the operational and strategic right hand to our Lead and Senior Planners, allowing them to operate at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a client service role in a professional services environment.
• Real-world, hands-on experience is a must.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to master firm-specific tools quickly.
• Passionate about using AI to drive efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
