Role Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst is a vital part of our Revenue Operations department. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role is essential to maintaining smooth, accurate, and timely billing processes. While direct accounting experience is not required, this position demands a highly analytical mindset and proficiency in data management. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

• Managing weekly and monthly invoicing data uploads, including the creation, generation, and sending of accurate invoices to clients.
• Meticulously auditing vendor invoices and preparing vendor credit requests to ensure accurate billing and prevent overcharges.
• Performing complex partner revenue share calculations and creating accurate statements for distribution.
• Researching, troubleshooting, and following up on clinic billing issues, providing clear communication and timely resolution.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the Revenue Operations and broader Finance teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry, billing, financial operations, or a highly analytical role (direct accounting experience is not required).
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Sheets (spreadsheets) for data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.
• Strong data analysis skills with a rigorous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent billing leakage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively research and resolve billing issues with clinics and vendors.
