Role Description

The Senior Analyst will manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accurate data extraction and invoice generation.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly billing cycles.
• Scrutinize sales orders, contracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Verify compliance with tax regulations and contractual terms.
• Perform periodic reconciliation of Accounts Receivable to General Ledger.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex billing disputes and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline the billing workflow.
• Assist the Accounting team with period-end close procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Sales Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with a major ERP system and/or dedicated billing software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and large data manipulation).
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve billing discrepancies and complex customer issues.
