[Hiring] Accounts Receivable Specialist @Knoll Ridges

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our remote finance team. The ideal candidate will manage invoicing, collections, and payment processing while working aligned with US business hours. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.

• Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances
• Follow up on past-due accounts via email and phone
• Post customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledger
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and AR summaries
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams regarding customer accounts
• Support month-end closing activities related to AR
• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work US business hours (EST/CST/PST as required)
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
• Willing to work in US Business Hours
