[Hiring] Accounts Receivable/Payable Data Entry Specialist @DCX

Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the transportation and logistics industry. In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations by:

• Accurately recording vendor invoices
• Preparing weekly check runs
• Invoicing clients upon order completion
• Following up on collections
• Keeping financial records clean and up to date
• Resolving account discrepancies
• Supporting the Executive Team with year-end financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or collections
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Very proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations)
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Familiarity with Syncore or other order management/ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation accounting is a plus but not required
