Role Description
This role involves managing primary bookkeeping and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
- Responsible for primary bookkeeping (record of invoices, bank transactions, payments)
- Collecting and analyzing financial and administrative data from different sources
- Performing reconciliations of banks' accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing periodic reports in time
- Communicating with customers on accounting matters
- Assisting senior finance associates and financial accountants on various tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business Administration/Finance or similar (can be a student)
- Good communication skills - fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Independent thinking
