Role Description
We’re seeking a Digital Business Analyst to lead digital transformation and growth for our clients, with a deep analytical background and understanding of the Swiss business landscape and its unique challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients, including marketing and sales-related opportunities, as well as digital product and tech possibilities.
- Work closely with senior account and project managers and partners.
- Analyze data and derive insights and growth strategies from available data and client briefings.
- Understand various business models and leverage data to deliver innovative solutions.
- Guide clients through business complexities with impactful presentations.
- Pull cross-functional resources and synthesize specialist contributions into cohesive strategies.
- Have digital marketing experience in selected channels (e.g., SEO, SEA, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media).
- Deliver strong presentations using clear language and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Empathetic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Creative problem-solver with boldness in proposing fresh solutions.
- Data-driven approach to guiding clients.
Requirements
- Proven track record in analytics, especially with digital campaigns and assets.
- Experience with digital KPIs, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and emerging AI tools.
- Background in a digital analyst role or strategy consulting.
- Deep knowledge in at least 2-3 digital marketing channels.
- Strong skills in reporting and storytelling.
