Role Description

This role involves translating business needs into technical solutions for customers and mentoring a talented team.

Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)
Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly
Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work
Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality
Report directly to the Head of Shopify
Act as the right hand of the department lead, take over responsibilities in their absence
Support in creating client offers and individually create client offers
Upselling effort to existing clients
Individually handle client projects

Qualifications

Knowledge of Shopify or other Ecommerce systems, such as WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, or Prestashop
A consultant who can talk to clients about solution definition, but also do some of the work
At least 5 years of ecommerce experience
Fluent in German
Be close to Switzerland
