Role Description
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with a 'can-do spirit' to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality service.
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Set competitive salary benchmarks and engage top candidates in the Philippines
- Build a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Ensure candidates align with company requirements
- Demonstrate job market expertise and determine local salary ranges
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels
- Perform initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ fit for roles
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions
- Report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions, including salary benchmarks
- Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
- Higher education
- High attention to detail
- Agility, proactivity, and creativity
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Great time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task
