Role Description
This role involves being the finance expert for our customers who are implementing or adding functionality to D365 Finance. You’ll be part of a team ensuring customer project success across D365 Finance and Supply Chain as well as Merit for Life Science.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain platform, especially finance modules.
- Work independently and collaboratively to perform all financials implementation activities, including solutioning, fit gap analysis, configuration, testing, training and deployment for D365 financials.
- Utilize experience and communications skills to build high trust relationships with the CFO, Controller and other senior finance leaders in our customer organizations.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and execute implementation tasks with internal and external project team members that exceed expectations.
- Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work in collaboration with the associated project manager.
- Continually learn industry best practices and demonstrate that knowledge in the delivery of our customer solutions.
- Support internal continual improvement to drive scalable, enabling processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum one full cycle deployments as a Finance Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Working understanding on interpreting and implementing GAAP, SOX, and IFRS regulations.
- CPA or CGMA certifications, or experience as an Accountant, Sr Accountant or Controller.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze problems and opportunities and make critical decisions working with key stakeholders.
- Accounting experience in biopharma or med device manufacturing, or in regulated process manufacturing.
- Open for leadership growth opportunities within the team.
- B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other related fields.
- A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
