Role Description
The chosen candidate will work at our office in Mortágua as a Business Controller, part of our financial team and working closely with our Operations team.
- Monthly reporting Business Units’s
- Business support
- Working Capital – WIP / Debtors
- Controlling of projects/calculation follow-up in general
- Preparation of budgets and follow-up on the same
- Prepare updated Forecast quarterly
- Preparation of internal reporting for major projects
- Participation and completion of monthly and annual accounts
- Cost analyses
- Develop and report on KPI’s & Power BI
- Ad hoc tasks
- Monthly figures and monthly reporting to MYAG (HQ in Germany)
- Weekly meeting with the project department following up on WIP / Invoicing
- Per request support in the calculation process (sale - project)
- Meetings with sales department and operations in relation to monthly pipeline update (margins YTD and forward)
Qualifications
- 10+ years controlling experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics or equivalent
- English proficiency (C1)
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
