Role Description
Wandoo Finance is hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst to:
- Transform complex business requirements into innovative and effective IT solutions.
- Drive the continuous improvement of our IT department.
Your role will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of ever-evolving business requirements in Fintech, leveraging your expertise to craft precise, actionable solutions. You will produce requirement documents that seamlessly bridge the gap between IT and business, ensuring clarity and usability.
As a seasoned professional, you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and refine business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical tasks and effectively communicate these to the IT development team.
- Develop comprehensive functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to ensure system and process clarity.
- Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance system monitoring capabilities, proactively addressing potential issues, and increasing the overall value delivered to customers.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in IT Business Analysis or IT Project Management.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical writing.
- Solid understanding of API concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL and database principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eagerness to learn.
Requirements
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract, process, and analyze data is a plus.
- Eagerness to mentor and share knowledge is equally valuable.
