Role Description
The selected candidate will actively participate in and support all recruitment processes, with a primary focus on hiring for the Operations department based on specific needs.
- Conducting phone interviews
- Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
- Administering recruitment tests
- Assisting with various administrative tasks
Additionally, the candidate may contribute to onboarding, training management, and employee management activities, although these will not be the core focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or other equivalent area is a plus
- Previous experience on recruitment tasks is a plus
- English proficiency (B1 or B2)
- Good communication skills
